A professional jazz dancer until her early twenties, Lara explored a variety of movement-modalities and pursued her dreams as a performing artist before earning a Diploma in Movement Arts and Teacher Training certifications from Yoga Alliance and The Aerial Arts Association.
Fascinated by the many forms, shapes, sounds found in nature ~ Lara’s creative process and practice is a reflection of the elements in her environment.
Nearing a decade of teaching, Lara’s offerings continue to demystify what it means to tune into our feeling-bodies.

A mixed movement format — this feel good flow class blends mobility, strength and skill building — without sacrificing form and alignment.
Consistency creates freedom in our movement abilities and lowers the risk of injury.
Each class is 75 minutes and open to all levels. -
Exploring the potential of our physical form — upside is an aerial movement module that prepares the body for flight — enabling you to climb, fold, invert and transition into postures + sequences on the apparatus (aerial silks and hoop).
The journey from fledge to flight is made up of falls, leaps, slow growing strength and courage. Trust the process.
Each class is 90 mins and open to all movement abilities. -
Opening to our inner living world — this yoga class aims to bring balance and steadiness into our everyday — via fluid movement recipes and guided meditations.
With practice, we can embrace the mystery in times of transition and mindfully tend to the ways we move through them (on and off the mat).

A weekly immersion via zoom exploring your choice of movement — structured to your desired goals.
